This retreat is unique, in it being designed for deep transformation and clear understanding of yogic principles.
The focus on this retreat is meditation for deeper reflection, coupled with Noble silence for the duration of the course.
Daily Asana/Vinyasa and Pranayama sessions.
Daily philosophy talks and question & answer time.
Designed to guide students directly to deeper understanding of oneself for peaceful Evolution & Wellbeing.
This course is specifically designed to take one beyond ones comfort zone, so you can unwind and rejuvenate oneself on all levels – physically- mentally- emotionally and spiritually.
 

What's Included :

Shared accommodation 
3 vegetarian meals a day  
Daily Sadhana practice – Sitting Meditation, Pranayama, Slow Vinyasa Asana, philosophy, walking meditation.
 

What's not included :

Transportation costs to/from the venue. 
 
The Retreat is open to all enthusiastic & dedicated yoga students.
All participant for this course will receive a certificate of completion.
Students that are already certified/registered with Yoga Allicance, the retreat hours will be documented on the certificate  towards CE - Continued Education program.

*Check in time : 13:00 - 14:00 28th. April.  We will start the program around 15:00. 
* We will practice noble silence through the course untill the afternoon on 5th day. We will then have a nature walk and the Hot springs experience.

A very peaceful location ideal for yoga practice, our group will have exclusive use of this venue.
*You will have a unique and precious experience of sharing a traditianl Japanese room with 2 - 5 people. 
 

Louisa Sear 

  Louisa has dedicated her life to the practice and teaching of Yoga. She is passionate in the inquiry to find ones true nature and freedom.
In her teaching, Louisa encourages the understanding and acceptance of life, finding the teacher within and acknowledging the God in all. Louisa has had a committed Yoga Sadhana practice for 35 years. She teaches the principles of Tantric Advaita Philosophy and specializes in Self Inquiry, Therapeutic Yoga, Ayurveda Lifestyle, Mindful Vinyasa Asana, Pranayama & Meditation.  Louisa teachers Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Retreats and Yoga Workshops around the globe, encouraging students to develop a regular daily yoga and meditation practice.  Louisa runs and is course coordinator of Yoga Arts.
 

Nikhil 

  As a child, in Brazil, Nikhil was introduced, by his mother, to the Brazilian Shamanic world of Native Indian and African Mythologies. At age 16 he discovered the world of Rosa Cruz. By 17 Nikhil pursued his passion in theater and for more than 25 years this became his vocation throughout Brazil, Italy and Germany. Nikhil’s love of Spirituality and creativity then took him to India, the motherland of Yoga.
He studied at the SVYASA University in Bangalore focusing on meditation and 4 paths of Yoga. A constant object of study for Nikhil is Eastern Philosophy including; the paths of the Sufis and Tao leading to one’s single point in life – joy and devotion to all living beings. Nikhil graduated as a RYT200 through Yoga Arts.

 

Maho Shimada

   Maho discovered Yoga and Advaita 15 years ago while she was in Australia following her passion of swimming with wild dolphins. Practising Yoga and studying Advaita she encountered the bliss of life that is unchanging, inseparable and beyond all concepts.
12 years of teaching Yoga (graduated Yoga Arts TTC RYT200), working as a Yoga translator for 13 years and sharing Contact Improvisation for 7 years, Maho is also a practitioner of "Aguahara" and "Water Dance" - art of movement in water.  
Maho gently and joyfully offers space for all seekers to explore releasing unnecessary and limiting patterns - she encourages opening up into beautiful unknown..! 
Much of her influence and inspiration comes from her current teacher, Clive Sheridan and her first Yoga teacher, Lucy Roberts.
